Terms
These terms apply to Deskfolk's early-access software and hosted services.
Your account
You are responsible for activity in your personal workspace, for protecting connected provider accounts, and for ensuring that your use of Deskfolk follows applicable laws and third-party service terms.
Automated work
Deskfolk can browse, run commands, handle files, and trigger scheduled work. Review important output and keep human approval in the loop for credentials, payments, destructive actions, and other high-impact decisions.
Hosted service
Hosted computers are subject to the bot, concurrency, storage, and seat-hour limits shown for your plan. One bot awake for one hour uses one seat-hour. Allowances reset each calendar month and do not roll over, including on annual subscriptions. We may snapshot and stop workloads that exceed limits, threaten service reliability, or create security or abuse risk.
Subscriptions and payment
Paddle is Deskfolk's merchant of record. Paddle handles checkout, payment, applicable tax, invoices, and refunds. Hosted subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until canceled. There are no trial plans. You can manage payment and cancellation through the Paddle customer portal in your Deskfolk account. A scheduled cancellation does not end access before the subscription status changes.
Refunds
Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you provide. You authorize Deskfolk to process it only as needed to operate the features you choose, including encrypted sync and hosted execution.
Early access
The service may change while it is in early access. Do not use it as the sole system of record for irreplaceable data, and keep appropriate backups.
