What is a seat-hour?

One hosted bot awake for one hour uses one seat-hour. Sixteen bots awake for one hour use sixteen. Time stops accruing after Deskfolk snapshots and sleeps the bot.

Do annual plans pool a year of hours?

No. Annual billing is discounted, while the plan allowance resets each calendar month. Unused hours do not roll over.

What happens at the limit?

Running seats are stopped safely after their encrypted state is saved. They can wake again when the next monthly allowance begins or after you change plans.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Manage payment, invoices, and cancellation from your account through Paddle's customer portal. Access continues until the subscription status ends.
